Here is an understanding of all the concepts used within the game.

LocationNew Eden is a mythical place where people have been transported across time and space into this mythical land. There are 4 main villages which relate to the 4 elements each owning an approximate equal portion of the land.

CharactersCharacters taken from bleach and naruto do not necessarily have the same power level some will be alot stronger some alot weaker. Also this is an RPG hence you shouldn't come into it thinking a character is evil, for all characters treat it as a first time meeting. Random characters have been selected as NPC's and these may be taken over if so desired by anyone however it is advised that you create a new character or select one that isn't already in use.

Ranks:Rank does NOT constitute power, NPC's are generally stronger with a higher rank for players this will not be true.
There are 4 main ranks
shini/ninj: the lowest rank where everyone begins at
Primogen: The rank above generally used as teachers for shini/ninj's.
Inner Circle: Most powerful and trusted ninjas/shinigami.
Leader: Village elder. Generally most powerful ninja in the village.

Stats
There are 3 stats utilised in the game
Strength: How powerful your character is physically. This shows how powerful your physical attacks are as well as how much damage can be sustained. When fighting someone each player needs to take each others strength into consideration. e.g if A has a significantly higher strength than B any weapon clashes will tend to favour A. Hence Strength is relative to your opponents.(Note: strength can be enhanced through abilities generally consider it to be doubled, however depends on chi consumption)

Speed: Is how fast and agile your character is. A significantly faster character will find dodging and maneauvering that much more easier in battle as well as finding hits more easier to make. This is also relative to your opponents so both should be taken into consideration in battle. (Note: can be enhanced through abilities which is generally considered double depending on chi consumption)

Chi: This is the stamina and chakra or spirit energy of your character. This allows you to use your abilities in combat. Judging Chi consumption relies on the user but to assist here is a quick guide:

Weak Ability->Lowest chi used= 1-2chi used, very low damage/hit rate (e.g throwing a shuriken or multiple shuriken at opponent)
Weak Ability->Medium Chi used= 2-5chi used, Low damage/hit rate (Creating a clone that will distract and attack the opponent)
Weak Ability->High chi used=5-10chi used, average damage/hit rate (creating a mass amount of clones to overwhelm the enemy)

Moderate Ability->Lowest chi used= 5-10chi used, average damage/hit rate (Shooting a small jet of water from the mouth to knock the enemy over)
Moderate Ability->Medium Chi used= 10-12chi used, above average damage/hit rate (Shooting a jet of water that propells the opponent through the air)
Moderate ability->High chi used = 12-15 chi used, Strong damage/hit rate(Shooting a jet of water that can render an opponent unconcious)

Strong Ability->Lowest chi used=12-15 chi used, strong damage/hit rate (Creating a tidal wave to wash over the area washing your opponent away)
Strong ability->Medium chi used= 15-20 chi used, very strong damage/hit rate (Creating a tsunami which slams over the enemy causing extreme damage)
Strong ability->High chakra used=20-30 chi used, Excellently powerful damage/hit rate (Firing a condensed bullet of air at gunshot speeds through your opponent)

These depend on the individual and how they intend to use their ability.

Fighting
Should be structured like this. Counterattack/dodge, damage sustained, Attack, Damage expected of attack were to succed at its fullest intention, chi consumed

Here is a quick example:

Ichigo draws his zanpaktou slowly surveying his opponent before suddenly using "Shunpo" to appear behing his opponent in an instance slicing his blade for his head in an attempt to decapitate his opponent. (chi used: 10)

Naruto being faster than ichigo ducks the blade however it scrapes the top of his head leaving a deep gash as he creates a rasengan in his palm thrusting it at ichigos stomach with enough force it would send him flying back for 100 yards. (chi used:10)

Also note it is upto yourself to keep track of your own chi consumption.
Also you may exceed your total chi so it results in a negative however this will then significantly lower your strength and speed accordingly making you more prone to hits and sustaining damage whilst dealing less damage per hit.

Death
Character death will not occur unless the person wishes their own character to die. This means you can't go around killing everyones character. However if someone does not get the point there character may die as per admin or moderators wishes.

Training jutsus
Training tends to be a boring drawn out thing so it is not needed to post what you are training. it is assumed you are always training an ability which should be included in your signature. A mod or administrator will determine depending on the type of ability and your characters abilities when you have fully learnt this new ability.

Selecting abilities
All abilities or taken from the naruto and bleach wiki pages. However if you wish to create your own abilities it may be accepted. Please include it in the Ability creation page or your starting jutsus.
